Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
- You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
- We may retain certain information as required by law or legitimate business needs
- Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination
Indemnification

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We encourage users to first contact us to resolve any disputes informally. For formal disputes, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and YuvaGuide concerning your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
